These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the association François 1er, whose registered office is at the town hall of Crèvecœur le Grand (60360), SIRET n ° 508 780 335 00016, and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person purchasing tickets for an event organized by the association.

These general conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the François 1er association and the buyer and the conditions are applicable to any purchase of tickets for events organized by the association. These general conditions of sale are published on the website of the François 1er association (www.salamandre-crevecoeur.com) and available at places of sale of tickets (Crèvecœur le Grand town hall and reception-ticket office during shows, etc.). ).

The price of seats is formulated in Euros, all taxes included. Different rates are applied according to the formula chosen and the type of public (reductions for children, groups, etc.) Reservations or purchases of places are only fully validated after full payment, preferably by check made out to the François association. 1st.

The payment of the places is worth full acceptance of the present general conditions of sale without reserve. Orders paid for in the weeks preceding the shows are confirmed by letter to which are attached the terms of access to the show. Orders paid for in the days preceding the shows are not sent by post but are available at the reception-ticket office on the day of the show in the name of the person who purchased the tickets.

Once the order has been placed and validated (paid), the François 1er association is not required to accept a request for a change of date, or for the cancellation of an order. In accordance with article L 121-20-4 of the consumer code, show tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal. A show ticket cannot be refunded, except in the event of cancellation of the show and decision by the organizer to refund the seats. The refund decision may depend on the reason for cancellation and the time between the cancellation decision and the start of the show concerned. If a reimbursement is decided by the organizer, it will only be made in favor of the initial purchaser to the bank account used when paying. In the event of cancellation, the François 1er association will inform the buyers by all the means at its disposal within the time allowed. For this, it is important to communicate, during the purchase, contact details allowing the buyer to be reached easily and quickly (telephone, email, etc.), and to consult these means of communication before going to the show, or, failing that, to consult the website www.salamandre-crevecoeur.com. In the event of cancellation at the last moment (the same day, before the start of the show), only the places of the spectators present on the spot at the time of the cancellation and having had their presence recorded by a manager of the François 1er association will be able to be the subject of a proposal for reimbursement (total or partial depending on the context of the cancellation) or a postponement to another date. In all other cases, no refund can be requested. Apart from the possible reimbursement of seats, no other charge can be reimbursed in the event of cancellation of the show (transport, accommodation, etc.).

No responsibility can be attributed to the François 1er association for any other subject whether or not related to the organization of shows (eg damage to vehicles in parking areas, etc.) Buyers are presumed to be covered by their own insurance for all incidents or damage that may occur in connection with their attendance at the shows.
